Cherokee Wrestling Conduct Contract

I will make good choices in the classroom / school that will not lead me to break the rules established by my teachers and Cherokee High School

I will not partake in behaviors that could result in disciplinary action causing me to miss practices or competitions.

I will make choices that will positively reflect my teammates, my coaches, my family, my wrestling program, Cherokee High School, and most importantly myself both in and out of the school / competition setting.

I will make positive choices during compromising situations outside of the school / competition setting which could possibly lead me to making a decision that could be harmful to myself or lead me to break a law.

I will make the choice to not consume alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and/or tobacco products (cigarettes, chew, dip, etc.) that will negatively affect both my classroom ability and my wrestling performance.

I will be committed to the Cherokee High School Wrestling program. I will attend all scheduled practices (Thanksgiving and Christmas Breaks), fundraising opportunities, competitions, and other functions set forth by the wrestling program.

I will make the positive choice to give my best effort in the classroom, in the community, and in the wrestling room (GO HARD OR GO HOME!). I will also conduct myself with dignity and class when things to not go my way in the class, in the community, and during practice / competition settings.
